Mr. Yash Pandya is a distinguished medical biotechnologist and molecular microbiologist with extensive experience in research, diagnostics, and innovation-driven entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Director of the Aarambh Incubation Center and Assistant Professor at Anant National University, where he leads initiatives integrating design, healthcare, and innovation through startup mentoring and policy development.

With a deep passion for transforming scientific ideas into impactful enterprises, Mr. Pandya has contributed to shaping Gujarat’s startup and innovation ecosystem through strategic leadership roles in organizations such as the Gujarat Student Start-up and Innovation Hub (i-Hub) and Atal Innovation Center. His efforts have supported over 100 life sciences and healthcare startups from ideation to commercialization, fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and government.

Mr. Pandya’s career bridges academia, research, and entrepreneurship, featuring hands-on expertise in genetic diagnostics, molecular biology, and next-generation biotechnologies. He has previously worked with institutions such as the University of Technology Sydney and FRIGE Institute of Human Genetics, contributing to genetic counseling, molecular diagnostics, and teaching biomedical sciences.

An award-winning innovator, he received first prize from IIT Bombay (BETIC) for developing a Point-of-Care device for early oral cancer detection. His academic journey spans three countries—India, Australia, and beyond—with postgraduate degrees in Medical Biotechnology (UTS Sydney), Molecular Microbiology (Griffith University), and Integrated Biotechnology (Sardar Patel University).
